Terms of Service

The short version

Capybara Carois free to download and play. Use it for fun, play fair, and don’t try to cheat or hack the game. The in-game currency (Nuts 🥜) is virtual and has no real monetary value. We may update these terms as the app evolves.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Capybara Caro(“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Capybara Caro(“we”, “us”, or “our”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Capybara Caro on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not allow you to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
  • Transfer the App to any third party

3. Eligibility

Capybara Caro is available for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. User Conduct

When using Capybara Caro, you agree to:

  • Play fairly and not use any cheating methods, hacks, or exploits
  • Treat other players with respect during multiplayer sessions
  • Not use the App in a way that disrupts, damages, or interferes with other users’ experience
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

5. In-App Virtual Currency

Capybara Caro features a virtual in-game currency called Nuts (🥜). Please note:

  • Nuts are a virtual currency with no real monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
  • Nuts are earned through gameplay, daily check-ins, and other in-app activities, and are used solely to unlock cosmetic items within the App.
  • We reserve the right to modify, reset, or adjust Nut balances at any time as part of gameplay updates or to correct errors.
  • All virtual items purchased with Nuts are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between devices or accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Capybara Caro, including but not limited to the game design, artwork, characters, animations, sound effects, music, text, and code, is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Capybara Caro name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to the developer. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Capybara Carois provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Capybara Caro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of in-game progress, loss of Nuts, or any other intangible losses, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your in-game data
  • Any bugs, errors, or interruptions in the App

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which may be zero for free downloads).

9. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession or control.

We also reserve the right to discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

10. Third-Party Services

Capybara Caro is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
